Apple Catches up With iPad 2 Demand
Ever since the iPad 2 was launched, Apple has had a hard time keeping up with demand, causing huge delays for buyers. In fact, just after its launch in March, the iPad 2 already had ques of 4-5 weeks in availability. Even in stores, lines were common for months after launch.
Lucky for us however, just recently these few weeks, Apple has worked hard to bring down waiting time considerably – from weeks of waiting to just 1-3 business days. Apple has done this by steadily bringing down ship times from manufacturers to the point where iPad 2s are now shipped within 3-5 days – the first time since launch.
This is certainly good news for us consumers, as there will no longer be any more impossibly lengthy waiting to get our hands on the much hyped-over device.
