What better way is there to play Words With Friends than playing it on Facebook?

Thanks to Zynga, who recently bought the company behind Words With Friends (Newtoy); your favorite word making game since Scrabble is now playable on your favorite social networking site since Myspace (poor Myspace).

The Facebook game’s interface is pretty much the exact same as the iOS version, so no need to learn anything new.

What is new however, is a great feature that allows you to automatically sync your progress on the Facebook version to your iOS devices as long as you have them already synced to your Facebook account.

This allows you to start a game on Facebook then pick up where you left off on your iOS device.

Words With Friends is free to play on Facebook, and doesn’t require Flash so people with Macs can enjoy it as well.
