With the launch of a new generation iPod Nano rumored to be set for later this year, Japanese blog Macotakara has suggested that the new iPod Nano will break Apple’s tradition of making next-generation devices continually smaller, and perhaps implement a home button and a larger rectangular screen, as to mimc the look an iPod Touch. The iPod Nano, it was rumored, would not run iOS, but instead a themed custom operating system that mimiced the look and feel of iOS.
