According to a report by IDG News, computer manufacturers Acer and Asus have announced that they will follow Apple in adopting the Thunderbolt connectivity standard beginning next year.
Thunderbolt was originally developed with a collaborative effort by Apple and Intel, and so far Apple has been the only manufacturer with support for the port – including it in every single new Mac, with the exception of the Macbook Pro since an upgrade has not come yet.

Apple’s newest Macbook Air and Macbook Mini models have proved to be amazingly successful – so much so that their presence has caused the overall Mac growth to be significantly higher than previously estimated.
According to research firm NPD, Mac sales rose 22% for the third quarter when compared to last year – which is 6% higher than Wall Street analysts predicted growth to be.

Apple has recently launched a new charity program, claiming that it will match any donation made to charity by its employees.

iOS devices have in the past been forever been crippled by not being able to naturally support Flash video, but with this new software solution – users will no longer have to cry about not being able to watch their favorite flash videos online.
